  • You can relax now. Afternoon Tea awaits you in the Lounge Bar with a welcoming glass of Mulled Wine to warm you up after your journey
  • 7.00 to 8.30 pm - A Sumptuous Dinner awaits you followed by entertainment in the Bar - what delights do we have in store for you this evening?

Thursday 31st of December - New Year's Eve

  • After a hearty breakfast, why not enjoy a relaxing day, either in the Nordic Leisure Centre or exploring the local Dorset Coast. Don't get too exhausted, prepare yourselves for this evening's seven course Gala Dinner
  • 6.30 - 7.00 pm - Hogmanay Cocktail and Canapes awaits you in the Bar, mingle with your fellow guests and get into the Party Mood.
  • Entertainment at your tables, followed by our ever popular DJ who will swing into action after the Dinner. Music for all tastes - just party the night away and have fun. It's goodbye to 2000, pop the balloons and join in Auld Lang Syne at Midnight. Welcome to 2010 and continue dancing to the early hours

Melon Slice Array
An array of melon slice delicately placed on a pool of plum Coulis
with Brandy Marinated Raspberries.

Prime Smoked Fish
Cuts of Primed Smoked Fish from the River and Sea.
Dressed over salad leaves and accompanied by Fresh Horseradish.

Soup
Cream of Potato and Onion soup with pear and stilton croutons.

Salmon and Scallop Flakes
Flakes of Salmon with Muscat Grapes in a scallop dish coated with White Wine and Dill Sauce.

Champagne Sorbet
Refreshing Champagne Sorbet dusted with cracked black pepper.

Tenderloin of Beef
Medallions of Tenderloin Beef layered over a Rosti Potato with cup mushrooms,
Baby Onions, Tomatoes, parisienne Potatoes and Claret Wine Jus.

Gressingham Duck Breast
Supreme of Gressingham Duck Breast, pan fried with a rich Orange and Grand Marnier Sauce
accompanied with Crisp Mange Tout and Sautee Potatoes.

Lemon Sole Fillet
Breadcrumbed fillet of Lemon Sole, buttered lightly, grilled,
served with Petit pois, Sauteed Potatoes and Bearnaise Sauce.

Sweet Pepper Flan
Sweet Pepper and Chilli Filo Pastry Flan with Salsa Sauce.

Mango Torte
Topped with toasted marshmallows,
served with a Raspberry and Framboise Liquer Ice Cream.

Individual French Apple Tart
Presented on a lake of Toffee Sauce with a Calvados Ice Cream.

Friday 1st of January - Happy New Year!
